Return & Refund Policy

1. Digital Service Nature

Gymminity is a subscription-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. By subscribing, you acknowledge that our service is digital and intangible, and therefore not subject to traditional "return" policies for physical goods.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Initial 14-day period: Full refund if requested within 14 days of initial subscription
  • Service failure: If Gymminity fails to provide core functionality as described
  • Billing errors: For duplicate charges or incorrect billing amounts

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Partial usage during a billing period
  • Change of mind after 14 days
  • Failure to use available features
  • Termination due to violation of our Terms of Service
  • Expired promotional or discounted periods

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email gimminity@gmail.com with "Refund Request" in the subject
  2. Include your account email and reason for request
  3. Our team will review within 3 business days

Refund decisions are at Gymminity's sole discretion, except where required by law.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and may prohibit future purchases.

7. Subscription Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Prorated credits may be applied when upgrading. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

8. Free Trials

If we offer free trials, no payment is required during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless canceled before the trial ends. No refunds are provided for failure to cancel before trial expiration.

9. Promotional Pricing

Special introductory pricing is limited to the promotional period. Regular rates apply upon renewal. Refunds are not provided for failure to cancel before promotional periods end.
